Whatever the circumstance in life, Roy Fabbrini has always answered the call. For over 30 years in personal wealth planning, he’s been enabling young people to go to college, retirees to focus on their passions, and families to craft their legacies. As President of Fabbrini Wealth Management of Ascending Capital Management (ACM), Roy works with clients to not just to create plans for retirement – but plans for life. He puts a special emphasis on educating his clients, especially the next generation, to show them they CAN achieve their goals.

Roy first answered the call when he trained and flew F-4 & F-15 aircraft in the United States Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard, serving our country for 22 years both before and during his career in financial services. Having been named to the Platinum Council 2013-2022, he learned the critical difference that trustworthy investment planning can make in the lives of his clients. This belief, along with his prevailing need & love for freedom, were among the reasons that Roy pioneered Fabbrini Wealth Management of ACM. Similarly, Roy earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation to provide a broader scope of services to his clients.

Working to uplift the community is one of the primary ways that Roy answers the call. He’s personally mentored over 20 young people into entry into the USAF Academy and supports organizations like the Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center, the Wallace Community College, and the House of Ruth. Roy also earned the Paul Harris Fellow designation in Rotary and is an active member of Covenant Methodist Church.

Finally, and most importantly, Roy has answered the call to be a good husband, father, and grandfather. Not only has he been devoted to his wife Eve for over 30 years, but they raised - and are very proud of - 4 successful daughters together. The entire family are enthusiastic supporters of their collective alma mater, Auburn University, where he met Eve and where all four daughters have graduated from or are attending currently. While most of their free time is spent with the family at the lake, Roy & Eve also love hitting the links when they can. Theresa worked with the nation’s third largest homebuilder before her passion for helping others led her to join forces with her father Roy to create Fabbrini Wealth Management of ACM. This generational approach reflects their commitment in aiding clients through evolving stages of financial needs and desires.

In her ongoing efforts to overdeliver for clients, Theresa earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and a certification in financial planning from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.  Her expertise in the areas of retirement planning, wealth, and investment management, as well as tax efficient strategies provide meaningful insight for lasting legacy.

A native of Dothan, AL, Theresa and her husband Mac moved to Atlanta after meeting at & graduating from Auburn University. While they enjoy staying active playing pickleball & golf, you’ll often find them at the lake enjoying quality time with family and friends.

As the Senior Client Associate at Fabbrini Wealth Management of Ascending Capital Management, Sheila Hughes makes it her mission to do what is right for everyone. Her passion for truly listening to and getting to know clients on a personal level makes her a stand-out member of the Fabbrini team.

Having worked for Wells Fargo Advisors for 25 years before helping create Fabbrini Wealth Management, Sheila knows what it means to be truly dedicated. Throughout that time, she developed critical organizational skills that streamline meetings for both clients and advisors alike.

Sheila is the mother of 3 boys and 9 grandchildren, so she knows all about ‘controlled chaos.’ You’ll regularly find her darting between ballgames, pageants, or just whatever they have planned! When Sheila does get some time for herself, she’s by the pool or the lake – sipping on an ice-cold Dr. Pepper.
